  •  Made up of 95% or more fine fescues
  •  Native varieties
  •  Can be mowed only a few times per season for a natural look
  •  May require watering during long periods of drought
  •  The presence of fescue:
    • Means it takes longer for the grass to become dormant during periods of drought
    • Less fertilization is required once the lawn is well established 
    • Only for use in areas where foot traffic is light
    • The use of endophytic seeds helps the lawn cope with stresses such as drought, disease and bugs
